Summer Spins 2021

Four more events have been posted (Sat/Sun, Yellow&White)

Two routes have been posted for each
A flattish 76km to Straffan/Celbridge
A slightly hillier 77km over Ballynultagh to Blessington (a particularly scenic ride)
Group leaders can choose their preferred route

I'll post a suggestion for Orange and Red later

Riders can now signup
either via the RWGPS app, or by accessing RWGPS via a brower
(events are visible if you are logged on, and signed into the Orwell Club)

Please RSVP by lunchtime Friday. This gives us an idea of how many riders to expect, and how many of those that signed up have previously volunteered to lead.

The dispatcher will form groups on the morning.

Yellows have a 75km/1300m route to Enniskerry, Liam Horner, SallyGap, Lugalla
Coffee @ Roundwood

Whites will take the Reliable Winter route
Kilternan, Bray, Greystones, Newcastle, NMK, back to Greystones & home via Berryfields
Coffeee @ Newtownmountkennedy
This route can be shortened to 65km by going straight to NMK from Kilcoole

Based on feedback from last weekend :)
Yellows have an "interesting" hilly 70km (1400m climb)
It doest stray far from Dublin - but has a couple of twists and turns and picks up key climbs (Cunard & the full Wall) to keep riders on their toes. Early coffee option @ the Armoury Glencree (25km) or late coffe @ Enniskerry (45km). With all that climbing maybe do both!

Whites have a flat 88km with coffee at Kilcock.
This route can be shortened by diverting to Maynooth and coming home by Celbridge.
