We had a fantastic response from members and are delighted to attach the recording in 4 x 15 minute sessions.
Thanks to Leonard for putting these together and making them so accessible:
1 introduction and chat on staying positive
2 upper body stretches
3 lower body stretches
4 questions and answer sessions.
Enjoy your stretches

We’re all experiencing a year like nothing we’ve ever known, and for many of us the activities we love and help us manage the daily stresses of life, have been taken away. This talk, by Allen focuses on practical techniques we can all use to manage our mental health and develop a positive and energetic attitude.
Allen is a professional coach, trainer and facilitator with over 20 years of experience in youth and adult development. With qualifications in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, Social Science and Logosynthesis, Allen’s specialist knowledge and understanding of mental health and personal development has supported hundreds of young people and adults in setting and achieving their personal goals.
This experience has brought Allen to become a highly regarded speaker, appearing regularly on radio and television and presenting at international events.
