Hi all,
A few of us planning to do this 160km route (21rst Aug) so just posting up to let folks know incase any interest to get a group together on the day etc.

The tour of Meath is in a couple of weeks Gillian and thats 160 as well as flat so will be a good one for training purposes.

Ian I was actually thinking of the Tour de Kilkenny 160km, it's a Monument so you get more points than an aul Classic lol...

Great stuff lads, sounds like we'll have a growing group so and I'll have a built in strategy for getting up the climbs via the back of Ian's wheel:)
We booked this guy a while back www.seanachai.ie/Holiday-Cottages/
No beds left am afraid but sounds like there might be scope to fill another house etc.

That complx has nothing available, checked and could only find Lawlors have rooms but starting at €122 for a single room.

Hi Monica you are ahead of me I,m going down so would love to join up and set up a open group with interested parties . Was thinking of something along the lines of The W 200 Old School Freeloaders end of Summer Party @ the SKT all welcome at 22 ish average speed but that's for you to decide.

Seeing as most people will be arriving in Dungarvan on the Sat evening before the cycle, I was hoping to get as many as possible together for dinner at 8:30 or so. Please post here if you want to be included in the booking.
