A4 and club league training group

As per the latest training plan (also the forecast is for severe frost on Friday night!), Saturday is a rest day. So I suggest we do our training spin on Sunday instead.
Meet at Joe Dalys at 9 am and pick a suitable 70 - 80 km route. (Coast road to Ashford if there's a threat of ice).

The plan is to incorporate a few efforts as per the plan. We'll discuss this before we set off.

Last official training spin before our racing season starts. Meet at Joe Dalys at 9.30 am.

Probably head for Poulaphouca, so we can get the drills done as per the training plan. Can discuss this before we set off.

As discussed last night, we should probably do a lap of the course as our pre-race loosener on Saturday.

So I suggest we meet at the Papal cross at 9.30 for a handy-paced spin out to Dunboyne. We'll do a lap of the circuit, then straight home in time for the Rugby.
