If anyone is for a spin on Sunday, and the weather is nice, I am thinking in doing 105 km with 1350 metres of elevation. The pace will be high yellow-low orange; I am trying to slowly build my orange pace. Nevertheless, we’ll wait at the top of the climbs two long climbs to keep the group always together. There are two long climbs during the first half of the ride: the first one a 6 km at 3.0% and the second a 7 km at 5%. After that is all descend with some kicks of between 500-800 metres in length.

I would be up for that, what time are you planning on starting in Sunday?

What time would you like to start the spin, John? I would think that 8:00 to 8:30 am at Dundrum should be fine to be back by 13:00.
