Do you mind if I join again? You can drop me once I start flagging... I'm more than happy to spin out the last section on my own, as I know I have a bit of work to do to get climbing endurance up with the rest of you? I won't take offence either if you're going on a hard one and prefer not to be dragging a noob along?
Hi Paul, no problem at all. You were flying last week. We all have had our days over the years where we have struggled over the featherbed towards the end of a spin.

count me in. Is this yellow or no specific pace?
Hi Peter the pace is orange and upwards. The pace varies a little bit depending on who turns up, how people are feeling, weather, route etc. To give you an idea of pace, the spins are normally back in Dublin between 12 and 1 which includes a 20 -30min coffee stop. On the hills people go at their own speed and regrouping later. On the flatter sections the group aims to stay together.

In case I'm not there at 8:00 don't wait for me, it's very early hour for me on weekends, so not 100% sure if I'll make it
Hi Peter hope you got home ok. We regrouped after the featherbeds at the viewing point and waited for you, but didn't see you come by.
