Wicklow roads to avoid this weekend was created by Joe Fitzpatrick
1. Old Long Hill (Enniskerry end)
2. Road from bottom of Poggio to Kilcroney
3. Monastery Road (Enniskerry)
Out for a spin tonight.
Got to the top of the Wall and found that the Old Long Hill road had a deep covering of loose chippings. It was unrideable so we turned around and headed back towards Enniskerry.
Thought we would head over to Kilcroney but this road is closed until 20th August..
Headed back to Enniskerry but Monastery road was also impassable due to unfinished surface dresssing.

Bragging again, Joe - no need to include the Wall in a gentle Tuesday evening outing!
But seriously - we traversed the Old Long Hill, aka Djouce hill, going from Enniskerry to Ballinastoe quite happily yesterday morning (Tue 11 Aug.). The loose chippings must have been laid later that very same day.
