Hi all

Tuesday Hills Groups 26th May 615pm Yellow House
Usual rules apply, we'll more than likely have 2-3 groups yellow-orange level.
We attempted to do the full monte Sally Gap circuit last week but alas the stormy sky stopped our progress. This week we'll aim to complete it!
Course will be Cruagh-Featherbeds-Down Liam Horner-Powerscourt-The WALL-Djouce Old Long Hill-Lugalla-Sally Gap-Featherbeds kom
Ball park 70km with 1400-1500m of climbing so it's a fairly tough challenge.
You'll definitely need lignts and 2 bottles of water for this one, weather forecast is good at 17 degrees and sunshine. Once we start Cruagh there will be no spots for water so please bring 2 bottles or risk dehydration! Bring puncture repair stuff, food, rain jackets and all the usual things you need to get yourselves home.

Sunday Mountains Group
Next Sunday is all about Mick Byrne 200km for most of us. The start time 8am in Dalkey. Hope to see loads of us out there and remember to get the cards stamped etc and finish off and get the points for the Audax championship and 10 points on your leisure palmares too.

The Following Weekend.....
For anyone interested the Raid group is planning on attempting something challenging in our training for the Raid. On the Saturday we'll be doing the Evil 200 followed by the Wicklow 200 on the Sunday. In order to do this successfully it'll need to be at a fairly conservative Yellow pace. Anyone who did the Wicklow 200 in the big group, it'll be similar pace, We hope to have a similar sized group to last year at similar pace.
If you nuts enough to want to do both join up with us! More the merrier

Hope to see some of you out Tuesday night, the weather should make it an excellent evening.
