Registration open for Round 3.

Again there will be two races.

This time, the Semi-Scratch/Scratch race will go off first, at 18:35. (40 mins +3)
The Limit/Semi-Limit race will follow at 19:25. (30 mins +3)

Is there a way to get a downgrade to semi-scratch (or lower), please? At the moment I'm quite a ways off of the level required to hold a wheel in the scratch group.
