Last Call....December Training Camp December 7th 8th. Drogheda /Newgrange

Hi all .
We still have some places available on the club race training camp. Please email me before monday to confirm. We need to confirm your Bed and your Dinner. Anyone who as already been in contact has their place secured... Booking form out next week

Mentors are Ronan McLaughlin and Paul Forristal. Starting at 10am with a 120km followed by at 2 hour mentoring section with a focus on race presentation and spring training

Sunday will be another training secession with 120km. The plan will be to also discuss the plans for the 2020 season on Sunday morning.

Included will be Saturday Lunch , Dinner and breakfast and a bed!! Like many races all rooms are shared and child protection policy will be in place. This camp is subsidies by your club so please book and pay as soon as possible.
