The race will be starting in Mondello at 7.30pm sharp. Sign-on will close at 7.20pm. If you can get to Corkagh Park for crits, Mondello is further out along the N7. Last year the race was an hour plus a couple of laps.

Circuit: www.strava.com/segments/7307331
The later start will hopefully facilitate people getting out to the race.
People can use this thread to car pool, or arrange to cycle out together if they have an early finish. If someone is able to drive the club car out and take several bodies and bikes, that'd be really useful.
This post from John L still applies:
Folks for those who are not familiar with the layout in Mondello Park, when you arrive there you need to cross the finish straight to get into the central pit area where we will have sign on.
I have been asked by Mondello Park to stress to all members that it is absolutely forbidden to take your car for a spin around the track either before or after our race. (We are only permitted to drive on the track in the event that we need to deal with an incident).
Driving on the track could have serious insurance implications for Mondello Park and the driver concerned if it has not been pre-booked and I have given an undertaking on behalf of the club that this will not happen.
Thanks
Marshals
Rostered are below. Perhaps one of them would volunteer to pick up the club car and drive it out?

If I could race on Thursday instead of Marshall, may I.
Thanks,
Fintan.
As per the mail I sent last night, bring your bike and kit, and we'll see what we can do.
However, your first duty is to marshal, so while you can hope for the best, prepare for the worst. The organiser will make the call on the night.

Fintan, I'll marshall for you this week if you do next week at Black Bull for me. I'm not racing this week as I'm still sore from a crash. (I'm down to marshall for Ann Horan next week.)If I could race on Thursday instead of Marshall, may I.
Thanks,
Fintan.

There were only 4 women, just shy of the minimum 5 needed for a championship, but full recognition to our women's winner Helen Horan!

I wasn't given those results, but I believe Aideen Keenan was 2nd, and Ciara Kinch was 3rd.

PS this was all done in the car on the way to a wedding. Personal thanks to Rachel Glendon and Aideen Keenan for acting as my personal chauffeurs and luggage handlers for the night. If there's any mistakes, please let me know!
