Help!

I have just joined the club and am trying to get my head around how to participate in cycles.

I am interested in cycling with the Yellow Slow group or the White Group. How do I find out what spins they are organising and how do I indicate my interest.

The spins section usually has details of most of the club spins.
Then there are leisure and racing groups,
Probably the fourm Spins and sometimes Leisure and Miscellaneous threads have details.
In all it can be a little confusing and daunting between formal and informal
A few club spins on a Sunday from the old shopping car park usually fixes that.
