A fundraiser last year on a Christmas Spin in Orwell started a ball rolling ( wheel spinning ? ) that went on to secure €70000 in a mere eight weeks ; This money secured the funding for 3.5 of the 31 apartments that are nearing completion in St John's Lane , Dublin 8 only a year later.
Eilish Corcoran of Focus proudly showed me the superb building and sends her thanks on behalf of her team .The new owners have a team from Focus in an office onsite supporting them in this fresh start. . First tenants from January . Thank you all for being involved !
