Audax 2018 was created by Andrew Potts
Just a topic header for general news about "cult" members as they do various events. Some of us are half thinking of The Four Provinces, which is one Audax completed in each Province during the year. There is of course a medal to go with the achievement.
If you are interested in maybe trying out the long distances or doing an event and would like company please post here. Think of it as a message board.

For anyone considering 4Ps or SR
I have summarised the Audax Ireland Calendar in a Google Docs spreadsheet
located at
bit.ly/2CfWXLn
The first sheet shows the number of events per month
(split out by distance or by province)
The second sheet lists all events and is setup for filtering
The last sheet is an attempt at a calendar
(with events color coded by province)

Thank you Joe
A bit of a Godsend trying to plan The Four Provinces and finding 200 K events that suit.
Need to think about the Ulster one quite quickly as the 200Ks are front loaded in the first part of the year.

For anyon interested the Titanic Torr Audax is on the 7th April, 8am, a Belfast departure, up to Torr Head and back. Its a 200 but one of only a few 200s in the North of Ireland this year. If you are interested in completing the Four Provinces Medal. its probably the most accessible to get too in Ulster.
Going over Torr Head is really a bucket list section, a number of steep ramps and a view of Scotland across the sea while you do it. Closing date for entries is 2nd April.
