THE CRAWL TO THE NAUL Sat. 2nd Sept. was created by Leonard Kaye
The Leisure Committee announces the “Last of the Summer Wine Spins" to mark the "final weekend of Summer spins and Leisure Challenges", on Saturday Sept. 2nd - assembling opposite Joe Daly's 08:15am.
Thanks to all the summer leaders, and Warren who looked after the rostering. And Dee, Alan and Ken for all their commitment over the summer on the Leisure Sub Committee.
REMEMBER
You all have until Sunday 3rd to complete the Leisure Challenges.
Unencumbered by jobs or any other responsibilities, three senior citizens who've never really grown up explore their world in the Yorkshire Dales. They spend their days speculating about their fellow townsfolk and thinking up adventures not usually favored by the elderly.
Cheers
Leonard

Latest news for the ‘Bacon Butty Crawl to The Naul’
16 leaders have volunteered to lead groups/teams on Saturday. There will be a photo competition with prizes for the winning group/team. Clare Keogh has been busy organising the prizes, and the photo competition as well. The leaders have been briefed and your team leader will explain all on Saturday morning. Clare has also organised spot prizes – which will be sorted out in the Cottage Café.
On Saturday morning you will be given a food voucher and a raffle ticket for the spot prizes.
We will have white and yellow paced groups for the outward journey of 50km. And the option of longer routes and faster paces on the way back.
Cheer

Thanks to all for making ‘The Bacon Butty Crawl to The Naul’ a day to remember, the leaders (they will get their credit in the video edit), the Naul crew, the Leisure Committee: Alan, Dee and Ken, and the mighty duo of: Clare (WINNING TEAM???? ) who dreamed up the photo competition and sourced all the prizes, and Rosie (videographer) who managed to get us all organised today. Here is an edit of the still pictures; the Video edit will take a wee bit longer.
Cheers and thanks for all the great feedback, Leonard
