Saturday 17th - Summer Leisure Spins!!

The Summer Saturday spins are open to ALL members and offer the regular range of speeds to suit all abilities - departing across from Joe Daly's from 8.10am onwards with a key objective to be back by lunchtime to enjoy the rest of the sun!

For those athletes who have now completed their big challenge for the Summer (Wicklow 100/200, Mount Leinster to name but a few), its important not to waste that fitness you have gained over the last few months so why not join us on our regular Saturday Summer Spins.
