Sunday 7th Aug Spin

Anyone interested in spin on Sunday morning for about 80km or so, no specific route planned. Not sure about the colour but I guess pale yellow!

I'd be interested, but I'm under instruction from my physio to stay away from the hills, so if your looking to do a flat route I'm in.

Hi Ian, not entirely sure of route yet but think it will Wicklow so probably some hills but not Sally Gap style. There are 3 of us leaving Deansgrange at 8.15 or so.

Suggested route could be Enniskerry, Roundwood, left at Annamoe bridge to Ashford and back the coast road to Greystones (w100 route) and then back south side. Not entirely sure what distance that would be.

No worries Annette, I'm heading more inland Tallaght,Lucan,dunboyne,maynooth,celbridge,Newcastle and home, a nice 75 flatish.
