Club Kit Order - April 2022 was created by Dick O'Brien
We're opening up a new kit order. The club shop is now open on the Velo Revolution website:

Given the time of year and a few other factors, we're going to confine the order to summer gear, namely jerseys, shorts, gilets. Adults and kids sizes available. If there's demand for other items we'll consider adding them into the mix, but you will have a few more opportunities to order gear before the end of the year.
The store will be open for orders for the next week, closing at midday on Thursday April 7.

Few things to note:
- Turnaround times for kit delivery are continuing to be affected by external circumstances. Hot on the heals of all the disruption caused by COVID, energy prices are having an impact on the manufacturing of the textiles used. Realistically, it'll probably take at least 10 weeks for the kit to arrive after the order closes.
- We will have a new sponsor - Pinergy. Their branding will appear on all upper-body wear The sponsorship deal is for an initial three years, with an option to renew, which means this sponsored kit will be current for at least three years. The sponsored jersey will be our registered jersey for open competition events next year. While some of the pictures on the store don't carry sponsor's logos, the manufactured items will.
- Once the kit is delivered to Ireland, Velo Revolution will post it out to members within a couple of days.
- We won't be able to take any late order because once the order closes, its sent to the factory in Italy and quantities can't change.

Hi All,
I'm trying to gauge interest for the Chrono Speed Skin Suit Long Sleeve Nopinz. They were in the December kit order but the minimum number of orders was not reached. Please let me know if interested. The minimum order is five.

Update on the skinsuits
Turns out two people ordered them the last time around and Velo Revolution ordered three themselves to make up the minimum order quantity. Callum has already reserved one, which means there are two available for purchase when the order comes in.

That's a bit of a tricky one since the order is being shipped to Kilkenny and then being posted out to members. I've asked VR for some guidance on sizing. What size jersey and shorts do you usually take, especially in VR gear if you've ever worn it before?

What they said was that generally speaking, you'd go by your shorts size. So if you're a small shorts, small jersey, it should fit, or a small shorts, medium jersey. It's more problematic if the disparity between shorts and jersey size is greater than one.

Normally I'm a small but never tried the VR stuff

Hi Nigel, I also received my order yesterday... all were XL and fit me...I think you might be better off trying to swao for XL as I think L would be too small for you!
