Struggling to get back training on the bike or need some more motivation
Your leisure committee are delighted to announce a Zoom evening and a chance to chat with
1. Sports performance coach and Round Around Ireland race owner Alan Heary.
Alan will discuss
"The Top 3 Mental Toughness and Motivational Strategies I Use To Help My Clients Stay Focused Through Tough Times"
It can be hard to stay motivated when most events for the year have been cancelled, but this could be the year you are fitter and stronger than ever before. In this webinar we will discover some simple ways to stay on track and ready for when events start again

As a cyclist he has competed in road racing, but his true passion is in ultra-cycling having competed in the Race Across America as part of a team. He is also the founder of one of the toughest bike races in the world – Race Around Ireland.
2 Level 3 cycling Ireland coach and Orwell member Aidan Hammond
o Aidan will be along to answer your questions in relation to

Hi
In relation to the talk this evening there are just a few things that I want to point out from a Zoom side.
1. Can you please ensure that you sign into Zoom with your Name rather than "iPhone" etc we just need to know who is on as you will be in the waiting room until you are admitted.
2. All Microphones will be on Mute during the presentation except for the hosts
3. If you have a question you can raise the "virtual" hand in Zoom
4. This session is open to all members of the club - Youths , Juniors and Adults
5. Can you please ensure that you sign in before the session starts
6. The session is being recorded.
Looking forward to seeing you this evening
