Tuesday night mountain bike spins have restarted for the Winter, and will be running pretty much every Tuesday from now until March.
All are welcome, skill levels are low to middling and intensity is mostly moderate with a few sharp intervals for the moment, though that will ramp up as the Winter goes on.
We'll be leaving the shop around 18:30, usually home around 21:00.
