There is an oil spill at the top of Slaughter Hill. This hill is between Roundwood and Newton Mt. Kennedy.
It is along the left hand side of the descent and is especially slippery where the tar is naked.
This caused a serious accident on Tuesday and as of yesterday at 2pm (Thursday) there was no warning sign or bollards or any evidence of a cleanup.
