Saturday morning Yellow Spin, Joe Daly's 08:30

I'll be doing another yellow pace spin this Saturday from Joe Daly's at 08:30. Any faster types are very welcome as long as you're happy with a recovery spin pace.

It's good to have recovery weeks where you reduce your training load so for all those who did the Sean Kelly last weekend or who have just been doing my regular climbfests we'll have a gentler one this weekend. I'm owed one of them!

Don't worry, there's still one climb of the Sally Gap :)

The route is Joe Daly's, Manor Kilbride, the easy side of Sally <honest>, Roundwood, coffee & cake (or two) and then home via the easy side of Djouce. Only 76km and 1250m of climbing.
