Big Mountain Spin this Sunday 17/08

Hi All

Fancy a great Sean Kelly training spin?? Read on.....

Will be doing a yellow/orange spin on Sunday at 830am Yellow House. It will be roughly the same spin as the Good Friday Monster see strava below without the Wicklow Gap so it'll be around 145km 2750m.

Yellow House 830am meet up-Cruagh/Edmonstown-Featherbeds-Sally Gap-Laragh-Shay Elliot-Sliabh Mann-Brown Mountain-Shay Elliot-Laragh-Sally Gap home

Plenty of climbing etc but we'll regroup at the top of each climb and no one will ever be left behind. Hope to see plenty of people out for it. Would suit dark Yellow through Orange speeds
