Midweek Evening Hills Cycling Tues 17th/Thurs 19th was created by Garret Connolly
Hey all
The usual meet up spots. More than likely 2 groups of slower and more
medium pace. Both groups will be self lead but I'll be with the medium
this week. There should be someone along to bring out the whites.
Tuesday 6pm Harolds Cross-615pm Yellow House
Proposed routes(thanks to Colin Caeser who brought it up on Saturday that we never do Kippure!) will be:
Blue Light-Fox's-Devils Elbow-Double WALL-Djouce-Lugala-Sally Gap-Kippure-Featherbeds-Dublin
The slower group if they chose can do the Wall part 1 and then head up Liam Horner-Featherbeds-home
Thurs Spin Meets at Yellow House at 615pm
We'll decide on the night but if Rodney is out we can head towards
Ballinascorney area and do a magical mystery Rodney tour of Dublin
hills. Probably around 60km
Longer route is around 80km with 1500+m of climbing and shorter route is around 50km with 800m.
As always it's a real group effort and no one is ever left behind. We regroup at the top of every hill.
Hope to see some of you on the nights. Bring lights and 2 btls of water!
