Reminder- Coaching talk with Denis and Dave.

Just a reminder that this will be going ahead this Monday evening in the Milltown institute- Dave Tansey and Denis Gleeson will be giving tips on practical preparation for sportives - everything from getting your bike ready for the day, as well as logistics and how to approach the event.

This talk will be based on the two D's own extensive experience, and is sure to be worth a listen for anyone who is targetting the leisure end of the sport this year, whether it be Audaxes, Randonees or Sportives.
