Coaching talk with Paddy Doran

Just a late reminder that Paddy Doran will be giving a talk on peaking for an event in the Milltown institute tomorrow evening (Monday 28th), at 7:30pm.

Whether your target event is a race, sportive or audax this will be useful. If you're not following any training plan this will help you get your best form exactly when you want it, and if you are on a program it will help to give you a better understanding of what exactly your coach is trying to achieve.
