In the spirit of recent discussion about maintaining the Park as a start point, and because the spin roster actually contains a Park start as a choice for the orange group next Sunday (12th Feb), are any orange group members interested in doing that?

The suggested route is flattish, out around Kilcock, Summerhill, and back by Ratoath.

Might it be of interest if we changed the route slightly, to 2 laps of Dorey's forge, and encourage people to go check out the route of the league opener?

I'll try go there too, although I've yet to make it out to a sunday spin after a saturday sufferfest. Anyone rolling from the shop first to get there?

After all my complaining I better turn up this weekend. Barry, you'll be glad to hear that baby Clodagh arrived last Tuesday without interrupting my Sunday schedule! I can safely say that my racing career is now on hold until I reach the ripe old age of vet.

it is the orange group that is heading out is it? the one which is listed as 24-26kph average??? or would it be 30kph plus ie club league orientated

According to the schedule, there's an orange group and a red group due to go from the park on Sunday. Whether the two groups are combined will probably depend on numbers.

Eddie, there'll be no slagging about age from you. As I recall the first licence you took out was as a vet and that was long before the days of the internet let alone a forum.
