Just wondering if there are any plans for a spin this Sunday. I know there is nothing official because of the away weekend however those not going may want to head out as usual!
Looking at the spin roster it would have been a spin from the Phoenix park this week. I'll head down that way for 9:30am. If a just a few turn up maybe we can tag along with another group(maybe the 3D folk!!!). If its just me they may try to brainwash me into becoming a triathlete if I join them for a spin!
