Malahide Estuary Question

I remember seeing a post a while back suggesting the path around Malahide Estuary was traversable . Can anyone clarify if it is cycleable or only walkable. The last time I was there , it would have been a hairy walk , wheeling a bike , on cleats on a path about a foot wide with a 6ft drop to the briny .

Is it a high tide/low tide kind of path?
