Volunteers Wanted for Ladies Saturday Spins was created by Aideen Collard
Hi Folks,
As I hope to compete in the National & Masters Track Championships over the next few Saturdays and also have my sister's wedding coming up in August, I was wondering if there are any enthusiastic takers to lead the Ladies Saturday Spins on Saturdays 17th, 24th & 31st July and 14th August, leaving Joe Daly Cycles at 9.30am.
The spins are primarily aimed at introducing total newbies to cycling and are approx 40/60km with a coffee stop. With a growing female membership the ladies spins have proved very popular and I am anxious to keep the momentum going!
It would be great to get your assistance!
