The National 400:
The National 400 Audax will take place on Saturday 4th August 2018 starting at 19:20 from Joe Daly's Cycles. For those interested in pushing past the 300 km mark, the event provides a great opportunity to test your ambition, determination and fitness.
The National 400 (by starting at 19:20pm) incorporates a night ride and an optional rest stop in Kilmacow (km 179), Waterford. The start time should allow National 400 riders to rendezvous with National 600 riders for the final leg from Waterford to Dublin.
To the credit of the route designer, navigation is straightforward and climbing comes in at less than 3,000m.

The National 600:
he National 600 Audax will take place on Saturday 4th August 2018 starting at 06:00 from Joe Daly's Cycles. For those interested in pushing past the 400 km mark in particular, the event provides a great opportunity to test your ambition, determination and fitness.
The National 600 starts at 06:00am and incorporates an optional rest stop in Kilmacow (km 376), Waterford providing the opportunity to grab some sleep and some basic hot food.
The start time should allow National 600 riders to rendezvous with National 400 riders for the final leg from Waterford to Dublin.
To the credit of the route designer, navigation is straightforward and climbing comes in at approx. 4,200m.
