A fun quiz night out on Friday 5th of February
Meet your cycling buddies for a very social quiz evening at a secret location
A magazine evening on Thursday 18th February including
A talk on dieting and nutrition
Cycling safely ….. tips on riding safely and keeping your bike in condition
South Dublins county councils cycling plans
A special indoor spinning evening on Monday 22nd of February
An evening devoted to cycling adventures at home and abroad on Thursday 11th March
We have a fully subscribed cycling photography course that started last Thursday and continues for the next three Thursday evenings
We will be posting more details about each evening separately as we get closer to the dates but for now put these in your diary

We have three short and interesting subjects close to the heart of every cyclist and are thrilled to welcome:
Orwell member and nutritionist Caoimhe Kalnoki talking about 'On the bike sports nutrition and healthy eating'
Orwell member and legend Dave Mac ' Bike safety and checking your bike'
South Dublin County Council Mick Mulhearn will give us an update on all the work around cycle lanes and greenways in South Dublin which includes Saggart / Newcastle in the west to the Naas Road, Rathafarnham Village and the western boundary of Marley Park in the east.
We hope you can join us and please indicate your interest on the forum below
*PS* Our next well-being evening is Monday the 22nd at 730 when we have a very special indoor spinning class with Delys Ponton….. more details to follow
