Midweek rusty cyclist spins was created by Leonard Kaye
Have you been off the bike, gone a bit rusty?

Would you be interested in short easy rides, 25/30 Kms, in the evening to get the legs going again?

Your Club wants to help you get back group cycling again.

But firstly 2 things, we need to gauge how many are interested in these spins, and if we have enough leaders to lead them

I hope you are all keeping well
Following the Clubs announcement on Saturday I am delighted to confirm that the midweek rusty spins will start this Tuesday 7th July
Sorry for the short notice but we wanted to get them going as quickly as possible
We have designated the following evenings for July and August
Tuesday evenings White
Wednesday evenings Yellow and
Thursday evenings Orange

READ the EMAIL send out by Fergal on the 3rd of July 2020.If you have not received this email please contact Fergal directly via the contacts page or another member of the Covid 19 sub committee. See the linked posts above for more information. Fergals email contains a link to an EVENTBRITE FORM that MUST BE COMPLETED before turning up
Complete the e-learning and answer the medical questions

We will meet at the usual spot in Dundrum Shopping centre
This week we will have 2 starting times 6 pm and 6.30 pm for white and yellow and 6.30 for orange

We will have groups of no more than 8
The spin will be between 30 and 40 k and the route decided with you and your leader …though typically heading for Enniskerry
They will be gentle spins and designed to help you enjoy group cycling again and ease back in
Please make sure your bike is in good working order and you have back and front lights and a high viz vest

1. Make sure you have completed the Cycling Ireland and Club requirements ( You will not be able to cycle unless completed )

there is a big row of shops including a Gala store and a butchers Colm Leavy
its the main road to Stepaside .....corner of enniskerry road and Hillcrest road
