Are you a little nervous going downhill
Would you like to boost your descending skills
We have organized a coaching and practicing evening with Aidan Hammond to help boost your confidence and downhill cycling skills
Aidan will concentrate on
Mental preparation
Your position on the bike
Reading the road
Correct position on the road
Use of brakes
Wednesday 25th July
Meet beehive pub 730 - 9 pm. M11. Near Wicklow. 30 minutes from south Dublin
Limited to 10
€5 per person
