Congratulations to Sean McKenna of Aquablue CC for the overall win at a very wet Hammond Memorial TT this morning. Our own Eoin Byrne was top Junior and walked away with the Kieran Hammond Memorial trophy.

Next Sunday sees the club's first open racing event of the year, the Noel and Kieran Hammond Memorials, run as a TT for the second time in succession.

Scott-Orwell Wheelers are pleased to announce the 2017 running of the Hammond Memorial Time Trial Event on Sunday June 18th.

40 riders signed on in Roundwood on Saturday morning to give their all in the Noel and Kieran Hammond Memorial time trial. With plenty of prizes on offer, competition was tight, but defending champion Ian Richardson took the overall from Sean McKenna with 22" to spare. Conor Murnane walked away with the Kieran Hammond trophy, awarded this year to the top Junior.

It's one of the busiest weeks of the year for Scott Orwell Wheelers - starting with the Hammond Memorial TT, the Roche GP midweek and tail ending with the Joe Daly Memorial Charity Cycle Rally. As always there is something for everyone - check out The Week Ahead here....
